Pentakem is essentially a Research and Development facility. New products are continuously researched and tested in our labs to ensure that you the client always have the latest and most advanced product available. Pentakem's labs always take into account new legislation and health and safety requirements to ensure that the product you get is the safest for your workforce.
Product performance is also a driving key. Prediction of trends such as oil free coatings & nitrite free VCI's cement our reputation as innovators.
Current developments are mostly on packaging. Product launches for the first quarter of 2007.:
Corrotek VCI paper expands to two new product lines.
Corrotek VCI paper with Barrier coatings on one side. This is to enable packaging of a product without the use of plastic to keep out moisture or water.
Corrotek VCI paper with a reinforced scrim. This is a bonded product will a full cover woven polypropylene cloth to give exceptional strength.
Corrotek VCI plastic product will soon be code printed to enable clients easy identification with customisable options such as batch numbers, product line, simple logo's & more.
Future development core business.:
Development & implementation of metal working fully synthetic fluids range for cutting, grinding, finishing, blanking, forming etc.
Future developments non core.:
A fully integrated Fire Retardant for fibres, card & paper.
